Normally it happens because your SSL Certification has a problem. You need contact your your web hosting support or SSL certificate provider to reinstall it for you. In some rare situation, it is because one of your word press plugin is in conflict with your ssl certificate. If this is the situation, you need to deactivate all your plugins and reactivate the plugin one by one to find which plugin has the problem.
