A method of using analytics and user feedback to improve performance. A method to figure out what the users are looking for and then providing the substance for the user. In websites that offer products, this conversion rate also refers ┬áto the percentage of users that become customers either by buying the product, subscribing to newsletters, or filling out forms. There are three main factors that affect this rate: Visitors - Either browsers or buyers.
