Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

A method of using analytics and user feedback to improve performance. A method to figure out what the users are looking for and then providing the substance for the user. In websites that offer products, this conversion rate also refers  to the percentage of users that become customers either by buying the product, subscribing to newsletters, or filling out forms.

There are three main factors that affect this rate:
Visitors – Either browsers or buyers. If they believe in the product, and you’re offering the idea that they are searching for, they will want to buy from you.
Content – The Website’s worth, why the visitors should be interested and how it would benefit them.
Design – How the webpage appeals to the visitor, keep their attention, and refrain from pressing the back button.
